At Insight Vision, we welcome new patients. That means word has spread about our quality eye care and enjoyable office experience!

What makes a good eye exam? Of course, a skilled doctor and advanced equipment are important. What’s also important is how your time is valued as a patient. We want to keep your day running smoothly!

 

New patients should:

 

• Arrive at our office 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

• Complete the new patient paperwork prior to exam

• Bring a vision insurance card, if covered by vision insurance, and health insurance card.

• Bring a list of any current medications being taken and the doses.
